In a colorful ceremony held in Akyemansa,21st,September,2024, the wait finally came to an end as Blogger Felix Kwaah Yeboah a renowned citizen of Oda, was officially unveiled as the Tourism Ambassador for the Akyemansa Area under the auspices of the Tourism Society of Ghana (TOSOGHA).
This prestigious appointment is a testament to Oda Citizen’s unwavering dedication to promoting tourism in the region. As a respected member of the community, Oda Citizen has consistently demonstrated a deep passion for showcasing the rich cultural heritage and breathtaking natural attractions of Akyemansa.
TOSOGHA’s decision to appoint Oda Citizen as Tourism Ambassador stems from their conviction that local champions are essential to driving sustainable tourism development. By tapping into Oda Citizen’s expertise and network, TOSOGHA aims to unlock the full potential of Akyemansa’s tourism industry.
As the newly minted Tourism Ambassador, Felix Kwaah Yeboah (Oda Citizen)will play a pivotal role in:

– Collaborating with local stakeholders to develop innovative tourism initiatives and products.

The unveiling ceremony was attended by dignitaries from TOSOGHA, Mr Joseph Amartey the Youth Tourism Ambassador for Ghana, Chief Operating Officer of Akyemansa Media Ltd- Mr Samuel Kwaku Boakye, Akyemansa FM Programs Manager- Mr Nicholas Morkah , Akyemansa FM Accountant- Mr Nicholas , local government officials, traditional leaders, and members of the tourism industry.
TOSOGHA’s Executive Director, Mr Joseph Amartey – Youth Tourism Ambassador Ghana, congratulated Oda Citizen on the appointment, emphasizing the organization’s commitment to empowering local champions to drive tourism growth.
