Ghanaian pastor Andrews Ewoo of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church has been in a video sending a strong warning to his church member.
In the sermon titled “The Heroes of God in History,” Pastor Ewoo advises church members to marry only within the Adventist faith, cautioning young men not to marry non-Adventists.
His controversial statement: “When it is time for you to marry, be careful not to marry a non-Adventist.
“If he believes in the Bible, why has the person not converted to be an Adventist?” has ignited intense debate online.
Apparently the video, originally posted on YouTube by Precious Hannah Ewoo a year ago, has quickly gained traction as people weigh in on the relevance of such advice in today’s world.
