Sonnie Badu has reacted to Shatta Wale’s sold-out Accra Sports Stadium concert by claiming that he will definitely break that record.
Shatta Wale and Medikal got the internet talking after completely shut down the Accra Sports Stadium with huge crowd at their Freedom Wave Concert on Sunday December 25.
The Freedom Wave Concert, which was held as part of the Christmas Celebration by reggae-dancehall musician, Shatta Wale and rapper Medikal for their fans, received a lot of attention after it was a success.
Shatta Wale and Medikal received huge praise as they become the first Artistes to ever fill the 40K seater Accra Sports Stadium after it’s years of operation in the country’s capital city.
However, in response to Shatta Wale’s new achievement, Rock Hit Church founder, Sonnie Badu took to his verified instagram account to praise the reggae-dancehall musician.
The award-winning Gospel singer, who held the biggest concert at the Accra Sports Stadium in November 2014 with his “Africa Worships with Sonnie Badu” concert, also added that he will undoubtedly break the dancehall musician’s new record in 2023.
He captioned the post : “Charles @shattawalenima you have set another record and I am so proud of you , you performed with 2 microphones.. on a serious note , I have to break this record in 2023..Paaaa paaaaa paaaaa”—
