Contemporary Ghanaian gospel musician, Esther Smith has shared a deeply personal story that explains why she left Ghana for Germany some years ago.

The music diva, who has blessed many with her soulful and inspiring music, revealed that her departure was driven by the health needs of her third son. Born prematurely at seven months, her son was diagnosed with a heart condition that required immediate and specialized attention.

She then had to make the difficult decision to leave her home country, prioritizing her son’s well-being over her career and personal life in Ghana.
Speaking in an exclusive interview on The Afternoon Show on TV3, the ‘Ma Wosan’ hitmaker noted that the move allowed her to access the necessary medical care and dedicate time to her son’s recovery.

When asked how she felt when she was first told about her son’s health condition, Esther Smith asserted that it was quite a difficult time for her. However, God has proven himself faithful.

The renowned gospel singer’s story is a testament to the lengths a mother will go to ensure her child’s health and happiness.She is set to perform live in Kumasi and Accra in what promises to be unforgettable worship experiences.

Her concerts, scheduled for Sunday, August 25th, at Bantama Pentecost in Kumasi and Friday, August 30th, at the Perez Dome in Accra, are set to draw thousands of worshippers and music lovers.
