A nineteen year old Nana Yaa and her baby were almost starving to death in a bathroom unit of an uncompleted house resident in Israel Accra, when they were rescued by
Etwereso Hemaa Official.

Nana Yaa and her one week old baby story was brought to light when a follower of Etwereso Hemaa Official’s page brought to attention the plight and agony of Nana Yaa, a pure water seller who hails from Agona Nyakrom in the Central Region.
Nana Yaa migrated to Accra to seek employment but was caught in a web of hardship after she was impregnated and abandoned by her supposed boyfriend.

Currently the baby who was almost at the verge of death due to hunger and exposure to cold wind is now healthy after going through medical attention

Etwereso Hemaa Official through social media support has been able to rent a one bedroom house for Nana Yaa and her baby and has fully furnished the room as well as the kitchen with items fitted for a comfortable home.

An amount of GH¢14,000 has been donated by Etwereso Hemaa Official on 11th September 2022 as a bank deposit in Nana yaa’s to be used as a start up capital for business or skill apprenticeship after postnatal care of the baby.

Etwereso Hemaa Official with her Foundation is touching lives with the use of Social Media.
