Benjamin Kwaku Azamati has signed a two and half years mega sponsorship and endorsement deal with the running shoe company Asics. He has now become the face of ASICS Global Sprints.
Azamati is a former University of Ghana student who is not in the US and studies at West Texas A&M University. He has won a lot of laurels in his name both local and international.
He became the first Ghanaian Athlete to win a Diamond League in the 100m dash in Paris, France and that was his second Diamond League after signing the sponsorship deal. read more
He will be competing in the 2022 World Athletics Championships in Eugene, Oregon, United States, and the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, Great Britain.

Azamati has been ranked as the ninth-fastest athlete in the 100m dash in 2022 and arguably he is amongst the most decorated track and field athlete Ghana has ever gotten.
