Patricia Asiedua, aka Nana Agradaa, the founder of the Heaven Way Champion International Ministry in Weija, Accra, has been remanded in police custody by an Accra Circuit Court in connection with the alleged money-doubling scam.

On Monday, Nana Agradaa was charged with six counts of defrauding by false pretence and one count of charlatanic advertisement at the court presided over by Samuel Bright Acquah.

To the accusations made against her, she has entered a not-guilty plea.

Similarly, Ghanaians have slammed Nana Agradaa after she mounted a strong defence for herself over her money-doubling scam scandal.

Shortly after she was arrested and probably bailed- the so-called evangelist who was once a fetish priestess said she did no wrong in the modus operandi that ripped off church members of their hard-earned money.

She claimed those who never got the money she promised in the money doubling scheme are not true church members.
