The millionaire who is known for his philanthropic works and Pan-Africanism mindset made this assertion while sharing his experience as a CEO during a presentation at the just-ended Ghana CEO Summit conference.
As claimed by Cheddar, he developed the vision to go into the real estate business after he managed to build two houses on just a single plot of land and that was when his idea for his project, “Kwarleyz Residence” became a priority for him.
As suggested by Cheddar to Ghanaian youths, with persistence and diligence, one can become whatever he/she aspires to be.
Currently, Cheddar has several real estate developments spread across Ghana.
His most priced residential tower, Kwarleyz Residence in Airport Residential Area, is a 40-apartment residence that has been the talk of the town for a very long time.
