Iconic Ghanaian Gospel songstress, Obaapa Christy has stated that he won’t hesitate to accept a collaboration from Shatta Wale should the dancehall artist ask for it.
Recently, there have been heated arguments among the gospel fraternity as to who if it’s appropriate for a Christian to patronize secular music.
Obaapa Christy, while expressing her view on the topic made it clear that it is only the message behind the song that matters.
According to Obaapa, should be approached by secular artist for a music collaboration, she will first check if the lyrics are to the glory of the Almighty and go with joining forces with the said musician if it is.
