Ghanaian Gospel musician, Amy Newman has revealed she landed her husband through her exceptional cooking skills.
According to the veteran musician, growing up, she’s always been exceptional in the kitchen, a quality that made her now husband put a ring on her finger.
“My husband married me because I was a very good cook. I was little then but I was a very good cook. He married me because of my light soup,” she said.
Amy Newman made this revelation while participating in a conversation on Hilda Baci and her “Jollof” statement on United Showbiz on UTV.
She also revealed that she makes excellent Jollof herself and does not agree with Hilda’s classification of Ghanaian Jollof as without flavour.
