A/R:23-year-old student shot dead in Kumasi

A 23-year-old student of the Oyoko School of Dispensing Optics, Kwabena Asumadu, has been shot dead by unknown gunmen in the Ashanti Regional Capital, Kumasi.

The student who was driving an unregistered Mercedes Benz, was shot multiple times.

He was shot by unknown persons while on his way to Offinso, after dropping off a friend at Safoline, on Tuesday, 19 July 2022.

The 23-year-old student was shot through the driver side in his head and neck.

The Police has since commenced investigations into the incident.
