E/R: A 4-year old girl who’s cleft lip patient and neglected by her father

Earlier today, Odacitizen.com paid a visit to a four year old little girl called Sarah Opoku who is a cleft lip patient. She stays with her grandmother at Akim Oda in the Eastern Region of Ghana . Sarah has been neglected by her father after birth and her mother is also ill and can’t cater for her.

I have also been able to reach out to the Ghana Cleft lip foundation and they have assured they will pay for her surgery to save her life.

The unfortunate thing is the grandmother of Sarah who sells roasted plaintain at Oda Nkwatanum is financially unstable and can’t afford the transportation to Accra for the Surgery.

We’re pleading to the general public to help me raise some amount of money to help the little girl!
