Hilda Magaia netted a brace to earn Banyana Banyana their first ever victory of this coveted Continental Cup.

They beat Morocco Women 2-1 at Fulltime with Rosella Ayane having scored the consolation goal for Atlas Lionesses.

South Africa Women have been in Women AFCON finals 4 times collecting Silver medals in those previous encounters(2000,2008,2012,2018)

Big moment for the South African W coach Desiree Ellis who was recently named Women Coach of the Year.

Congratulations to Banyana Banyana.
