The 4th edition of the 2022 National Cross Country race happened in the Birim Central Municipal’s Capital, Akim Oda on the Saturday,26th February 2022. The winners are as follows;
1. William Amponsah-Central Region (Male Race Winner )
2. Zakat Lariba- Upper East ( Female Race Winner)
